Our principal, Eric Wood, has worn a few hats.

  • He’s a trained chef, with 15 years experience developing, opening and operating restaurant, hotel and food service businesses across Canada and the Caribbean, and has worked with some giants of the industry.

  • He was a pioneer of small scale, high impact social enterprise, and has been a part of three of the most successful social purpose food service projects in Canada, and has advised on several others.

  • He’s worked in hiring and recruitment strategy with Canadas top Retail and Hospitality companies in his role with JRoss, and has helped guide the direction of leadership and leaders for over three years.

  • He’s Spoken at TED, appeared on the Food network a number of times, and is a frequent guest and contributor to food business coverage with Publications like Macleans, the globe and mail, and CANADALAND.
